Library of Riffat Mahal Campus was established in 2009 and inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali, Vice Chancellor of AWKUM, It consists of two rooms.

Circulation of Books

1.  We have membership form for the students and Issue Borrower’s card.
2.  We have separate register for each and every Department for issue/return of books.
3.  Our weekly ratio of issue/return of books is 250 R/A in all categories.
4. Cataloging and Classification of books is Process in software of Library automation system

TYPE OF BOOKS

1. Political Science Books:

Philosophy, IR, Constitutions, General books of Political Science, Comparative Politics, Political Thoughts, World and Pakistan politics, Foreign Policy, Terrorism, etc.

2. Law Books:

Constitution Laws, Civil procedure code, criminal procedure code, Administrative Law, Law of Torts, Jurisprudence contract act, Law journals, Reference books on law etc.



VISION

1.      The library should be connected to all the libraries in different Campuses of Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan.
2.      E. Library system will be introduced with modern Library Mechanism.
3.      We are also planning to get access to well established libraries of the world.
4.     We have also a future plan to get Athens password from well-established universities, within and outside Pakistan.
5.      To improve the quality of books and to give updated knowledge, We will establish the mechanism to renew thebooks every year.
